3D printed movement trays for units in wargames and miniature games. Move several miniatures at once and spend more time on tactics instead of repeatedly moving individual models.
In games with many miniatures, moving individual models can take up a significant part of the game. A movement tray combines several miniatures into one easy-to-handle group.
- Move 3 or 5 miniatures in a single action.
- For example, 30 soldiers on 5-model trays means handling only 6 trays instead of 30 separate miniatures during normal movement.
- The unit remains neatly arranged in formation.
- Reduces the risk of overlooking a miniature when moving the unit.
- The trays are especially suitable for larger infantry, cavalry and other units on separate bases.
Similar trays, often referred to as movement trays, are used in various miniature and wargaming systems. They can help, for example, when playing Warhammer 40,000 (1987), Warhammer Age of Sigmar (2015), Bolt Action (2012), Middle-earth Strategy Battle Game (2001) and other systems using miniatures on separate round or oval bases.
The tray is a practical aid for handling models. Always follow the rules of the specific game regarding distances, formation and unit coherency. In dense terrain or combat, some miniatures may need to be removed from the tray and positioned individually.
