Shipping and payment without unnecessary complications.
Most of our products are made to order, but we also print selected items for stock. Many products are therefore ready to ship very quickly.
Custom 3D printing orders are produced after the payment has been credited. The standard processing time is 1–5 days; larger orders may take longer.
In a hurry because of a birthday, tournament or Christmas? Send us a message and we will do our best to match your deadline.

How can we deliver your order?
Available shipping methods are shown directly in the cart. They may vary depending on the destination country, parcel size, weight and contents of your order.
📍 Personal pickup
Deblín 367, Monday to Friday 9:00–19:00. Weekend pickup is possible by prior arrangement.
PPL
PPL Box, pickup points and delivery directly to your address.
Zásilkovna
Z-BOXes, pickup points, home delivery and XXL shipping for larger parcels.
Balíkovna
Balíkovna pickup points and parcel boxes in the Czech Republic.
AlzaBox
Delivery to the AlzaBox network and supported pickup points in the Czech Republic.
Czech Post
For selected small parcels, such as orders containing stickers only, we may also use envelope shipping.

We do not ship cash on delivery. Available shipping methods and the final price are always shown directly in the cart.

🇨🇿 Shipping within the Czech Republic
Free shipping within the Czech Republic: PPL Box / pickup point from CZK 1,499, Zásilkovna Z-BOX / pickup point from CZK 1,999 and Balíkovna from CZK 1,999.
🇸🇰 Shipping to Slovakia
Prices shown for Slovakia are final customer prices including VAT. The cart confirms the current shipping price and available shipping methods for your specific order.
🌍 Shipping outside the Czech Republic and Slovakia
We ship worldwide. For all other countries, the final shipping price is calculated automatically in the cart after you select your destination country. The price may vary depending on the number and size of products, total parcel weight, destination country, available carrier and current currency exchange rate. This means you will always see the current shipping price for your specific order before completing the purchase.
📦 How often do we send finished parcels?
- Zásilkovna: usually 2–4× per week
- PPL: pickup usually on the next day
- Czech Post: we ship more or less daily
♻️ We pack carefully and safely
Our goal is to deliver your parcel safely while avoiding unnecessary environmental impact. In addition to new cardboard boxes and bubble wrap, we reuse previously used boxes and filling materials as much as possible.
Occasionally, we also use board game boxes that would otherwise end up in sorted waste. This gives them a new purpose and extends their useful life.

What should you do if your parcel arrives damaged?
All our parcels are insured. If you receive a visibly damaged parcel, please follow these simple steps.
- Inform the carrier immediately – the courier or pickup point – that the parcel packaging is damaged.
- Take a photo of the parcel before opening it.
- After opening the parcel, photograph the inside of the package and then any damaged parts.
- Send us the photos together with your order number as soon as possible. We will replace damaged parts free of charge and handle the claim with the carrier ourselves.
We send thousands of parcels every year and shipping damage is very rare.
