Shipping and Payment

Most of our products are made to order, but we also print selected items for stock, so many products are usually available and shipped very quickly – often even before the payment is credited.

 

Custom 3D printing orders are produced after the payment has been credited.

The standard processing time is 1–5 days; larger orders may take longer.

In a hurry because of a birthday or Christmas? Send us a message and we will do our best to match your deadline.

 

We ship worldwide. After adding products to the cart and selecting your country, you will see the available shipping options and the exact shipping price.

 

     

Shipping options

  • Personal pickup: Deblín 367
    Monday to Friday, 9:00–19:00; weekends by prior arrangement.

  • PPL: pickup point or delivery to your address.

  • Zásilkovna: pickup points, Z-Boxes and home delivery (CZ/SK).

  • Balíkovna (Czech Post): post office / pickup point.

  • Czech Post – envelopes: used for stickers only.

  • International shipping: we ship worldwide. The available carriers and shipping price will be shown after you choose your country in the cart.

We do not ship cash on delivery. You can choose everything directly in the cart.

For international orders, the shipping price depends on the destination country and selected carrier. You will see the exact price after adding products to the cart and selecting your country.

How often do we send finished parcels?

  • Zásilkovna: 2–4× per week
  • PPL: pickup usually on the next day
  • Czech Post: we ship more or less daily







We pack carefully and safely

Our goal is to deliver parcels safely while avoiding unnecessary environmental impact. In addition to new cardboard boxes and bubble wrap, we reuse previously used boxes and filling materials as much as possible. Occasionally, we also use board game boxes that would otherwise end up in sorted waste – giving them a new purpose and extending their life.

What to do in case of damage

All our parcels are insured. If you receive a visibly damaged parcel, please follow these steps:

  1. Inform the carrier immediately (courier / pickup point) and state that the packaging is damaged.

  2. Take a photo of the parcel before opening it.

  3. After opening the parcel, immediately photograph the inside of the package and then the damaged parts.

  4. Send us the photos and your order number as soon as possible – we will replace the damaged parts free of charge and handle the claim with the carrier ourselves.

We send thousands of parcels every year; damage is rare – we can count such cases on one hand.
