3D printed insert for the card game Mindbug: First Contact (2021) and its expansions and promo cards.

This insert lets you store three Mindbug games plus promo cards in a single box. Your cards, life counters, and separate Mindbug cards stay together and ready for the next game.
- Store all cards from three games plus promo cards in one box.
- The compartments let you keep all cards together, separate them by expansion, or organize them using your own system.
- The box also holds the life counters for six Mindbugs and their cards separately.
- There is still room for a possible future expansion, even with sleeved cards.
- Three rulebooks fit on top of the insert.
- A cross-shaped elastic band is included to help keep the box securely closed.
📦 How the insert works
Place the insert inside the lid of one original box and fit a second box lid over it. The bottom halves of the original boxes are no longer needed. The two lids meet together.
The insert consists of two parts:
- Insert – a bottomless card divider; the box lid serves as its base.
- Small box for the remaining Mindbug life counters and, if needed, a six-sided die.
Because box dimensions can vary, the insert may fit more loosely in some boxes. This is why we include a cross-shaped elastic band.
