Update about our Etsy shop status
A few weeks ago, Etsy informed us that our shop would be placed in Vacation Mode because we had more than 3 canceled orders in the past 3 months. And yes – we do. But every single one of those orders was canceled during the time when Etsy mistakenly suspended our shop for more than 3 weeks.
Naturally, we contacted their support to ask if they were seriously going to block our account and now punish us for something that was entirely their own mistake. Two Etsy Support representatives reassured us that those cases would not be counted against us and that our shop would not be placed in Vacation Mode.
And yet… here we are. Today, Etsy told us that our shop has been put into Vacation Mode, and that next month our account may be permanently suspended.
We’ve already contacted support again and submitted an appeal. We can only hope that this time they won’t leave us waiting for over 3 weeks again. Or worse.
This situation is incredibly frustrating and unfair. We’re doing our best to stay strong – but honestly, we’re feeling really disheartened right now.

We’re back – after 22 days!
Thank you to everyone who stood by us, supported us, or simply didn’t give up on us.
Etsy has reinstated our account, stating it was a mistake. We’ve asked them for more details, but that’s all we know for now.
We truly hope this won’t happen again – and we’re back doing what we love most: creating smart accessories for your favorite games.

Hi there, and welcome to our Czech website!
Unfortunately, Etsy has suddenly and without explanation blocked access to our successful store, BoardGameHolic, where we had been active for over 4 years. We successfully fulfilled nearly 2,000 orders and received almost 600 reviews from you – 99% of them five-star.
We're currently working on updating our Czech online shop to make it multilingual, so you'll soon be able to place orders from anywhere in the world.
In the meantime, you can find us on the French marketplace Philibert under the name MitroCZECH, or via Allegro for customers in Poland and Hungary.
