PLA
The PLA material from which your product is made should not be exposed to temperatures above 55°C. Do not store near heat sources and avoid direct sunlight - there is a risk of deformation. Handle it with care, it is not a toy and can be irreversibly damaged if force is used or it falls.

Maintenance can be carried out with a cloth soaked in lukewarm water.

PLA (polylactic acid) is a fully biodegradable material made from corn or potato starch or sugar cane. It is soluble in sodium hydroxide.

PETG
Polyethylene terephthalate (PET) is the most commonly used plastic in the world - bottles, clothing fibers, containers and food packaging.
PET-G is a modified version of PET. The "G" stands for "modified glycol", which is added to the material composition during polymerization. The result is a fiber that is brighter, less brittle and easier to use than its basic form PET (PETG is highly impact resistant, unlike PET). In chemistry, this material is known as (polyethylene terephthalate-1,4-cyclohexylenedimethylene terephthalate).
